Data Room. As promptly as practicable following the date of this Agreement and in any event within ten (10) Business Days of the date hereof, Seller shall deliver, or shall cause to be delivered, to Buyer an electronic copy of the Data Room as of the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

Data Room.
