Common use of Data Room Information Clause in Contracts

Data Room Information. As promptly as reasonably practicable following the Termination Agreement Date, AMAG shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Palatin a DVD, CD-ROMs or other digital media file transfer with all documents or information relating exclusively to the Product and the Transferred Assets and available to Palatin as of the date hereof in the electronic data room related to the Product and hosted by Datasite, access of which has been made available to Palatin prior to the Termination Agreement Date.
