Common use of Data Room Information Clause in Contracts

Data Room Information. Within five (5) Business Days of the date of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver to Parent an electronic copy, whether by thumb drive or other electronic means, of all documents and information contained in the VDR as of 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, on the date that is two (2) Business Days prior to the date hereof.
