Data Room Documentation. As promptly as practicable after the date of this Agreement (and in any event within five (5) Business Days after the date of this Agreement), Seller shall, at its expense, authorize Intralinks, Inc. to copy to DVDs all documents posted to the Data Room as of the Execution Date and deliver ten (10) copies of such DVDs to Buyer.
