You understand that this Personal Data may include, without limitation, your name, home address and telephone number, email address, personal bank account details, date of birth, social insurance number, passport number or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Corporation or its Affiliates, details of all RSUs or any other entitlement to shares of Common Stock or equivalent benefits awarded, canceled, purchased, vested, unvested or outstanding in your favor. The Corporation’s legal basis for the processing of your Personal Data is your consent.
