Data Processing and Legal Basis. The Company collects, uses and otherwise processes Personal Data about the Participant for the Company’s legitimate business interests for the purposes of allocating Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan and/or for the purposes of performing a contract between the Company and the Participant. The Personal Data processed by the Company may include, without limitation, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport number or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company or its Affiliates, details of all Awards or any other entitlement to shares of stock or equivalent benefits awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor of implementing, administering and managing the Plan.
