Data Processing Addendum. The Data Processing Addendum set forth in Exhibit C shall govern the Processing of the Agreement Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services hereunder. Each Party shall, as reasonably requested by the other Party, execute all further documents as are reasonably necessary to comply with applicable Data Protection Laws in connection with the provision and/or receipt of the Services.
