Data Processing Addendum. The parties’ agreement with respect to the processing of personal information submitted to the Subscription Service is described in the Data Processing Addendum attached to this Subscription Service Guide as Exhibit A.4 and incorporated herein by reference. The Data Processing Addendum may be updated periodically.
Data Processing Addendum. If Customer has or may have employees or contractors who are residents or citizens of the European Economic Area and who are subject to the regulations under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Processing Addendum shall apply.

Data Processing Addendum. To the extent that Slite processes any Personal Data (as defined in the DPA referenced below) provided by Customer in the provision of the Slite Platform, the terms of the data processing addendum ("Addendum"), available here, as may be updated by Slite if required by applicable law, which are hereby incorporated by reference, shall apply and the parties agree to comply with such terms. Data Processing Addendum. This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is effective as of the date executed and forms part of the Agreement between HireVue, Inc. ("HireVue") and the entity entering the Agreement as a Buyer of HireVue Services ("Buyer"). This DPA is supplemental to the Agreement and sets out the roles and obligations that apply when HireVue processes Personal Data falling within the scope of the Data Protection Laws on behalf of Buyer in the course of providing the HireVue Services. All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
Data Processing Addendum. In the event that User uses the Service to process information of any EU citizens or is subject to other laws that require a Data Processing Addendum, the WorkSpan Data Processing Addendum located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/data-processing-agreement (“DPA”) is hereby incorporated by reference, and shall apply to the extent that User’s Content includes Personal Data. To the extent that WorkSpan processes User’s Personal Data from the European Economic Area (“EEA“), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Standard Contractual Clauses shall apply, as further set out in the DPA. For the purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses, User and its applicable affiliates (e.g., the Authorized Partners, as defined in the DPA) are each the data exporter, and User’s acceptance of this Agreement shall be treated as an execution of the DPA and the Standard Contractual Clauses and their Appendices.
Data Processing Addendum. Sisense’s processing of Customer Data shall be subject to the Data Processing Addendum attached hereto as Schedule 1.
