Common use of Data Entry Clause in Contracts

Data Entry. 9.17.4.1.1 Subrecipient shall utilize the State of California CalJOBS system, or successor Management Information System (MIS), which is the State automated Client tracking and reporting system, to track the progress of Clients by properly recording all Client data and Service delivery in the CalJOBS system. Subrecipient shall ensure that data collection related to the tracking and recording of WIOA activities and WIOA performance is captured in the CalJOBS system in accordance with appropriate federal, State, Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board, and County regulations, policies and protocols.
