Data Backups. In connection with the performance of Services, Computershare shall create backup records of Customer’s information, including but not limited to server files (“backup files”) at least daily. Computershare will not create backup files on Removable Media. Any Computershare storage or retention of backup files is subject to all terms of this Section (iv).

Provider is responsible for shipping cost of data to the Council or any network distribution channels; Have the capability to import the JBE Data (subject to Contractor’s confidentiality and data security obligations); Perform hourly snapshot backups of the JBE Data (daily backups shall also be performed); Maintain recoverable, secure backups of the JBE Data offsite in a fire-protected, secure area, geographically separated from the primary datacenter; and Maintain and implement data backup and disaster recovery processes and procedures in accordance with the highest industry standards and applicable laws.
Data Backups. 2.3 XXXX data will be backed up using Harmony's standard processes, which are generally as follows. Data Backups. Customer shall protect itself adequately against data loss. Customer shall at a minimum maintain a copy of any data uploaded to the Platform and – to the extent technically possible – any results created during use of the Services on its own servers, perform routine backups of its data at adequate intervals, and employ virus protection according to the current state of the art, to ensure that the data can be restored with reasonable effort.
Data Backups. Data will be backed up on a daily basis. In the event that a data restore is required as a result of equipment failure, CFI will bear the costs of such restore. If the data restore is required as a result of misuse/deviation from intended use of Software by City, then City shall bear the costs of such restore. CFI shall also maintain a copy of the City data in a backup storage media. In the case of data loss due to hardware failure, or other causes, the data shall be restored from the latest available backup.
