DATA ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM. The Data Access Services Addendum to this Agreement shall be incorporated into this Agreement. The Fund acknowledges that the data and information it will be accessing from State Street is unaudited and may not be accurate due to inaccurate pricing of securities, delays of a day or more in updating the account and other cause for which State Street will not be liable to the Fund.
