DATA ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM. The Custodian and the Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Data Access Services Addendum attached hereto.
DATA ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM. The Data Access Services Addendum attached as Appendix A to this Agreement shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Fund acknowledges that the data and information it will be accessing from the Custodian is unaudited and may not be accurate due to inaccurate pricing of securities, delays of a day or more in updating the account and other causes for which the Custodian will not be liable to the Fund.

If the transactions available to the Partnership include the ability to originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (i) effect the transfer or movement of cash or transfer of interests, or (ii) transmit interestholder information or other information, then in such event State Street shall be entitled to rely on the validity and authenticity of such instruction without undertaking any further inquiry as long as such instruction is undertaken in conformity with security procedures established by State Street from time to time.
