Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which a Party may have, the Parties acknowledge and agree that damages would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of this Article XI and the remedies of injunction, specific performance and other equitable relief are appropriate for any threatened or actual breach of this provision and no proof of special damages shall be necessary for the enforcement of the rights under this Article XI.
