Common use of Damage to Company Facilities Clause in Contracts

Damage to Company Facilities. If any individual or entity damages any Company Facilities, to the extent permitted by law the City will notify the Company of any such incident of which it has knowledge and will provide to the Company within a reasonable time all pertinent information within its possession regarding the incident and the damage, including the identity of the responsible individual or entity.
