Completion/Restoration Clause Samples
The Completion/Restoration clause requires a party, typically a contractor or tenant, to finish any outstanding work and restore the property to a specified condition upon the conclusion of a project or lease. In practice, this means repairing any damage, removing temporary structures, and ensuring the premises are left in a clean and usable state, often to the satisfaction of the property owner or landlord. This clause ensures that the property is not left in disrepair or an incomplete state, thereby protecting the interests of the owner and facilitating smooth transitions between occupants or uses.
