Common use of Daily Quantity Transmitted Clause in Contracts

Daily Quantity Transmitted. quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV), considered to be transmitted on a given Day on a given Link or on the regional transmission network to a given Delivery Point, pursuant to the terms of the Contract; this quantity is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Clause entitled “Determination of quantities” in Sections B and C. Day: period of twenty-three (23), twenty-four (24) or twenty-five (25) consecutive Hours, starting at six a.m. (06:00) (CET) on a given day and ending at six a.m. (06:00) the next day. The date of the Day is the date when the Day begins.
