• Implementation of and Reporting on the Project A. The Grantee shall implement and complete the Project in accordance with Exhibit A and with the plans and specifications contained in its Grant Application, which is on file with the State and is incorporated by reference. Modification of the Project shall require prior written approval of the State.

• Termination on Financial Standing The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority), there is a material detrimental change in the financial standing and/or the credit rating of the Supplier which:

• - Progression on the Wage Grid (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) Effective October 10, 1986 part-time employees, including casual employees, shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage grid, on the basis of one year for each 1725 hours worked. Notwithstanding the above, employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held for the purpose of progression on the wage grid under the Agreement expiring September 28, 1985 and will thereafter accumulate service in accordance with this Article.

• Most-favoured-nation Provisions 1. Investments made by investors of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall receive treatment which is fair and equitable, and not less favourable than that accorded to investments made by investors of any third State.

• Termination of use of supplementary card The basic cardmember is entitled at any time to terminate the use of any supplementary card, and the supplementary cardmember may terminate the use of his supplementary card, at any time in accordance with clause

• Publication of Procurement Contract 48.1 Within fourteen days after signing the contract, the Procuring Entity shall publish and publicize the awarded contract at its notice boards, entity website; and on the Website of the Authority in manner and format prescribed by the Authority. At the minimum, the notice shall contain the following information:

• REPORTING PROVISIONS Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect coverage provided in relation to this request.

• INFORMATION ON THE PARTIES 4.1. The Group and the Tenant The principal activities of the Group are the operation and management of a network of department stores in the PRC. The Tenant is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company mainly participating in retail business.

• Interpretation & Application of Guidelines It is jointly agreed that the site representatives (union and management) are empowered to implement the guidelines as per the scope provided. It is jointly agreed that refresher training to explain the interpretation and application of the inclement weather clauses is to be conducted to ensure correct use. Unless these guidelines are followed, the employer will not be required to pay for lost time through inclement weather and the Disputes Board will be so briefed.
