Customized Reporting. The INOC will provide a suite of customized monthly reports detailing Service Level Performance and Penalties when appropriate. • Proactive Issuance of Credits on behalf of the Subscribing Entity - The INOC will request credits from the LECS for missing Service Level Agreements identified in the Customized reports.
