Customization Work Sample Clauses
The Customization Work clause defines the terms under which a party modifies or adapts products, software, or services to meet the specific requirements of the other party. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of customization, the process for requesting and approving changes, and any associated costs or timelines. For example, it may specify how a client can request tailored features in a software application or adjustments to a delivered product. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of how custom work will be handled, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes regarding deliverables and responsibilities.
Customization Work. BlueSnap will perform for Merchant the customizations listed in the Statement of Work ("Customizations") on a Time and Expenses basis, unless otherwise set forth herein and Merchant will pay BlueSnap for the Customizations in accordance with the Statement of Work.
Customization Work. For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent MapAnything provides development and/or customization work to Customer, this Agreement does not govern the terms and conditions of any such prospective engagement. Should Customer wish to engage MapAnything to perform such development and/or customization work, such work shall be governed under the terms and conditions of a separate agreement.
Customization Work. 1. $200 per hour direct labor rate. Prior to commencement of any direct labor projects, cost estimates will be provided and agreed to in writing.
Customization Work. (a) As part of the suite of services Company offers to End-User, Company may from time to time create programming, scripts, or rules (“Customization Code”) designed to accommodate feature requests, programming needs, and/or customizations on behalf of End-User. For example, a client may need a custom script to accommodate an unusual shift schedule or non-standard overtime rules. All Customization Code is and will be exclusively owned by Company and deemed Company Software hereunder.
(b) Projects of work proposed by End-User and accepted by Company to be performed that would increase the scope of this Agreement will be added as an amendment in to this agreement in the form of a Statement of Work(SOW) and signed by both parties.
Customization Work. To the extent any development or customization work is performed by Company under this Agreement, it shall be included within the definition of Services, and unless otherwise stated in the SOW, all development and customization work will remain the property of Company and Company will retain all right, title and interest in, to and under such work.
