Time and Expenses. Compensation for services rendered shall be paid on a time and expenses basis at the usual and customary rates for the services actually rendered, as stated in CONSULTANT’S Proposal, attached hereto as Attachment and by this reference incorporated herein, and shall not exceed $ . The rates stated in Attachment shall apply for all services provided throughout the term of this Agreement. Total compensation, including fees, expenses, and profit for services rendered by CONSULTANT shall not exceed the Maximum Total Payment Amount under this Agreement listed above.
Time and Expenses payments will be made according to the following:
Time and Expenses. Employees who are assigned by the Company to travel to points outside of the area are covered with accidental death and dismemberment insurance to the extent of payable to his estate. Travel arrangements and accommodation will be satisfactory to the employee and all reasonable expenses associated with travelling and living away from home will be paid by the Company. Out of town assignments shall be by mutual agreement between the employee and the Company. The time worked when on a travel assignment will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement. The employee will not receive less than his normal weekly regular pay.
Time and Expenses. For Additional Services provided on an hourly basis, each invoice must also include, for each day of Services provided: (i) name and title of each person providing Services; (ii) a succinct summary of the Services performed by each person;
Time and Expenses. The Managers shall devote such time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company as may be necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the operation and management of the Company. The Company will reimburse the Manager for reasonable expenses incurred by the Manager in connection with its service to the Company. Nothing contained in this Section 3.4 is intended to affect the Percentage Interests of Managers who are also Members or Distributions to be made to Managers who are also Members by reason of their respective Membership Interests.
Time and Expenses. Employees traveling for the purpose of conducting business on of the Employer will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred. When an employee is required to travel on behalf of the Employer, the Employer, in consultation with the employee will determine the most practical method of transportation to be used. All travel expenses are to be treated as non taxable items in accordance with the Income Act.
