No later than […***…] before the first Aircraft Delivery, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with a definitive customization milestones chart (the “Customization Milestones Chart”) setting out how far in advance of the Scheduled Delivery Month of the Aircraft an SCN must be executed in order to integrate into the Specification any items requested by the Buyer from the Seller’s catalogue of Specification change options (the “Options Catalogue”). All such items requested by the Buyer must be by the date of implementation of the SCN certified for incorporation into the Aircraft.
