Common use of Customer’s Security Assessment Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Security Assessment. Customer is responsible for reviewing the Security Measures and evaluating for itself whether the Services and the Security Measures and SailPoint's commitments under this Section 5 (Security) and Section 8 (Additional Security) will meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to any obligations of Customer under Data Protection Laws as applicable.

Customer’s Security Assessment. 6.3.2.1. Customer is solely responsible for reviewing the Security Measures Documentation and evaluating for itself whether the Services and Services, the Security Measures and SailPoint's AIS’s commitments under this Section 5 (Security) and Section 8 (Additional Data Security) will meet Customer’s needs, including with respect to any security obligations of Customer under Data Protection Laws and Regulations, as applicable.
