Common use of Customer’s Agents Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Agents. If Customer authorizes any third party to act on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s behalf with respect to any Service, the third party shall be deemed to be acting as Customer’s agent with respect to the Agreement. All terms of the Agreement will apply to the third party and Customer will be legally bound by and responsible for all actions, Instructions and inaction of such third party. Bank may, at its option, require such third party to execute such documents as Bank may deem necessary and appropriate in order to access Services on Customer's behalf. Bank may refuse to permit a third party to access any Services on behalf of Customer.
