Common use of Customer will Clause in Contracts

Customer will. 27.4.1 comply with, and its acts or omissions will not cause Liquid to be in breach of the data protection and privacy legislation or other applicable law or regulation as they may be amended from time to time; 27.4.2 obtain adequate consents from its customers and employees, including for transfers of personal data; and 27.4.3 be responsible for the instructions it may give to Liquid regarding the processing of personal data. Liquid will act on those instructions as reasonably necessary for the provision of Service.
