Common use of Customer Use Clause in Contracts

Customer Use. Customer agrees not to resell or redistribute access to any of the Services or Equipment, or any part thereof, in any manner without the express prior written consent of Mediacom. Except with respect to actions taken for the limited purpose of accessing and using the Services, Customer agrees not to interfere with the use or operation of the Equipment or the Mediacom Network in any way.
