Common use of Customer Lists Clause in Contracts

Customer Lists. The Executive will not during, or for a period of two years after the termination of, his employment (i) disclose the Corporation's (including its subsidiaries') customer lists or any part thereof to any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity for any reason or purpose whatsoever, (ii) assist in obtaining any of the Corporation's (including its subsidiaries') existing customers for any competing business, or (iii) encourage any customer to terminate its relationship with the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.
