Common use of Customer Letters Clause in Contracts

Customer Letters. Immediately after the Closing, Buyer and Sellers will jointly prepare a letter to be sent by Buyer, at Buyer's expense, informing the customers whose contracts have been sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement, of such sale under this Agreement. Buyer agrees not to disclose the transactions contemplated by this Agreement to any customers without the consent of the Sellers.
