Customer Letters. CSG shall provide Customer Letters in accordance with the fees set forth in Schedule F.
Customer Letters. Immediately after the Closing, Buyer and Sellers will jointly prepare a letter to be sent by Buyer, at Buyer's expense, informing the customers whose contracts have been sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement, of such sale under this Agreement.
