Customer Input. Customer agrees that Blue Yonder owns and has the right to exploit and include in the Subscription Content, its products and other services, any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback or recommendations provided by Customer, its employees, contractors and users to Blue Yonder without any obligation to Customer.
