Common use of CUSTOMER EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

CUSTOMER EXPENSES. Customer shall bear the expense of any such compliance that is: (A) required by a law, regulation or other audit requirement that relates to Customer's business irrespective of Supplier's obligations hereunder; or (B) necessary due to Customer's noncompliance with any law, regulation or audit requirement imposed on Customer.
