Customer Control Sample Clauses
Customer Control. Using the settings offered in the Mist Dashboard, Customer may restrict Mist technical support personnel from seeing Customer’s organizational data. If Customer elects to limit data sharing with, or data visibility, Mist may not be able to provide complete support and diagnostic services to Customer. Customer may make selections for certain AP and Dashboard configurations, in Customer’s sole discretion. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining administrative control over Customer’s account, systems and equipment and for Customer’s selection of the level of encryption to use on Customer’s wireless network (including if Customer elects to allow “open access”).
Customer Control. Customer will be solely responsible for administering and monitoring the use of login IDs and passwords provided by Authorized Administrators within the Subscription or on behalf of Customer by ▇▇▇▇▇. Upon the termination of employment of any User or Authorized Administrator, Customer will terminate that individual’s login ID and password. Esper is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.

Customer Control. Customer and its authorized Users of the Subscription shall at all times comply with Exhibit A (End User License Agreement). Customer will be solely responsible for administering and monitoring the use of login IDs and passwords provided by Customer to authorized Users pursuant to the Subscription, or by Hexagon on behalf of Customer. Upon the termination of employment of any authorized User, Customer will terminate that individual’s login ID and password. Hexagon is not responsible for any damages resulting from Customer’s failure to manage the confidentiality of its login ID and passwords and Customer is responsible for any actions arising out of use or misuse of Customer’s login IDs.
Customer Control. (a) In the provision of the Development Services and throughout the term of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group shall, at the request of Customer, integrate all comments and suggestions made by Customer regarding the design of the Product. Upon the request of Customer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group shall apply for and obtain the Product’s UL certification and any other regulatory or industry approvals or markings. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group will cooperate with Customer in connection with Customer’s FDA and CE ▇▇▇▇ regulatory filings and other regulatory and industry approval applications, including making available ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group’s Confidential Information to such regulatory agencies to the extent required to obtain approval of the Product.
(b) If so directed by Customer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group will cease all or any activities being performed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group hereunder and shall cease incurring any fees or expenses related to such activities as soon as practicable after appropriate notice has been given pursuant to Section 3.4.
(c) The Development Services shall include the delivery of final product specifications (“Product Specifications”) to Customer.
