Common use of Customer Care Clause in Contracts

Customer Care. (a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all the Exchange enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. §155.205 and §155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tolls and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products.
