Installation and Testing. If specified in the task order, the contractor shall submit a draft Acceptance Test Plan to the Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO) of all proposed equipment, services, and systems to be tested for government review and approval. Upon approval, the contractor shall prepare a final Acceptance Test Plan prior to the start of acceptance testing. Acceptance shall be as defined in Section E.2 [Definitions]. If so tasked, the contractor shall adhere to the specifications of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the area under consideration and shall install and test all equipment and systems in accordance with accepted industry standards that apply to the area under consideration. The contractor shall clear, correct, and restore any components or subsystems that fail the acceptance tests and shall submit, if so tasked, a set of as-built drawings to the OCO.

Installation and Testing eFunds will install and test the Initial Programs licensed by Client at the Permanent Site. The installation and testing of the Initial Programs will consist of the following operations: (i) the current version of the Initial Programs and related files will be restored to disc from tape- this consists of the productive code, data files, the input specification to the operating system, utilities, a test data base and generating installation files; (ii) this reference copy of the Initial Programs is "frozen", that is, Modifications shall not be made once (i) is complete; all future Product Release/Version deliveries will be based on this reference Initial Program copy; (iii) eFunds will modify the Initial Programs as necessary to fit the local disc, operating system and communications access methods environment; (iv) eFunds will bring up the Initial Programs and will perform the, standard installation tests; (v) in each event, the Client host will be substituted for a simulator if Client has established the host connection. When the tests have been successfully completed, installation will be complete ("Installation").
Installation and Testing. Upon receipt of Client Equipment, Host shall perform commercially reasonable testing in accordance with Host’s equipment testing procedures and notify Client of any malfunctioning Client Equipment within thirty (30) business days. In the event of rejection, a new deadline will be established for testing/verifying the proper functioning of the goods. Goods supplied that are defective, non-compliant or that do not conform to the technical specifications, the generally accepted professional standards or the samples provided when sending the Offer/Purchase Order may be rejected. In such cases, the Supplier shall be required to rectify, at its own expense, any defects and to bring the goods into line with the stipulated requirements, within the time limits agreed with the Company. The goods then supplied will be subject to further testing/inspection. The goods rejected following a negative test result or a report by the Company of any defect, quality or operational issue will be made available to the Supplier for collection for a maximum period of 10 days as of receiving the report or notification of rejection. Upon expiry of this period, the Company shall be entitled to store the defective or non-conforming goods, including in a location other than that to which they were delivered, at the expense and risk of the Supplier. Installation and Testing. Customer shall engineer, furnish, install and test, at its sole cost and expense, all Customer supplied equipment in the Equipment Rack Space. Prior to installation, this Agreement shall be fully executed by both Parties or otherwise incorporated into any existing agreement between the Parties, and Customer shall submit to Sprint for its approval all engineering plans and specifications pertaining to Customer supplied equipment to be installed in the Equipment Rack Space.
