Common use of Customer Access and Usage Clause in Contracts

Customer Access and Usage. Customer may authorize its Users (as defined below) to access the Services and/or the Licensed Software, which access must be for the sole internal benefit of Customer and in compliance with this Agreement and the Purchase Order. It is made clear that Customer is responsible and fully liable at all times for such Users’ compliance with this Agreement and the Purchase Order and for set up and management of such access and usage by such Users as further detailed in this Agreement and the Purchase Order.
