Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association will act as custodian of the Servicing Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated January 1, 2004, between Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association and the Trustee.
