Custodian's Fees and Expenses. (a) The Depositor agrees to pay the Custodian any and all fees specified in the Custodian's current published fee schedule for establishing and maintaining this IRA, including any fees for distributions from, transfers from, and terminations of this IRA. The Custodian may change its fee schedule at any time by giving the Depositor 30 days prior written notice.
