CURTAILMENT OF OPERATIONS. No labor disputes or work stoppages involving the Business are pending or threatened which, either singly or in the aggregate, might have an adverse effect on the Business. To the Knowledge of Seller and the Owners, no material customer of or supplier to the Business is involved in, or affected by, any dispute, arbitration, lawsuit, or administrative proceedings which might materially adversely affect the Business, operations, properties, assets or condition, financial or otherwise, of the Business.

No labor disputes or work stoppages involving the Business are pending or or, to the Knowledge of Money Point and the Shareholders, threatened which, either singly or in the aggregate, might have an adverse effect a Material Adverse Effect on the Business. To the Knowledge of Seller Money Point and the OwnersShareholders, no material customer of or supplier to the Business is involved in, or affected by, any dispute, arbitration, lawsuit, or administrative proceedings which might materially adversely affect the Business, operations, properties, assets or condition, financial or otherwise, of have a Material Adverse Effect on the Business.
