CURTAILMENT OF OPERATIONS. No labor disputes or work stoppages involving the Business are pending or threatened which, either singly or in the aggregate, might have an adverse effect on the Business. To the Knowledge of Seller and the Owners, no material customer of or supplier to the Business is involved in, or affected by, any dispute, arbitration, lawsuit, or administrative proceedings which might materially adversely affect the Business, operations, properties, assets or condition, financial or otherwise, of the Business.
