Current Unit Members Clause Samples
The "Current Unit Members" clause defines who is recognized as a member of a particular unit, such as a business entity, partnership, or organization, at a specific point in time. This clause typically lists or references the individuals or entities holding membership interests or shares as of the effective date of the agreement. For example, it may specify that only those listed in an attached schedule are considered current members, or it may outline the process for updating membership records. Its core practical function is to clearly identify the parties with rights and obligations under the agreement, thereby preventing disputes over membership status and ensuring transparency in governance and decision-making.
