Current Traffic Clause Samples

The 'Current Traffic' clause defines the baseline level of data, users, or transactions that are presently handled by a system, service, or platform at the time an agreement is made. It typically specifies metrics such as average daily users, bandwidth usage, or transaction volume, providing a clear reference point for both parties. This clause is essential for setting expectations, measuring future growth or changes, and determining whether additional resources or fees may be required, thereby ensuring transparency and preventing disputes over usage levels.
