Current Service. Service after the effective date of this Plan to be calculated in years and tenths of years, as follows: • Any year in which an employee receives 1,700 credited hours or more shall constitute one year of credited service. • Where an employee has fewer than 1,700 credited hours to his credit during a year he shall be credited with 1/10 year of service for each 170 credited hours. Credited hours shall be meant to include:
1. Hours for which wages are received from the Company including vacation hours and statutory holidays.
2. Hours the employee would normally have received while receiving weekly indemnity benefits of the Workers’ Compensation Board, or the Company’s Insurance Welfare Program, while in the employ of the Company.
3. Hours the employee would normally have received while on temporary Union business (not Union Employment).
Current Service. Reviews (including current fees and widening access to services) (CCPG) e.g.: CPAMS Extemporaneous Compounding Clozapine Methadone CDOS – widen to cover dispensing of other patients not on methadone/buprenorphine CCPG It is important to discuss the current service fees and whether spreading the 5% uplift across all lines is appropriate. Some lines may need a greater increase eg, CPAMS, Extemporaneous Compounding. Chair This relates into the earlier conversation about the application of the uplift. Oakley Brown Group, Pharmacy Guild, CCPG Reiterated their expectation that all topics are discussed within the NAAR process, especially with the news today that there may be 2 more NAAR processes before the new agreement is in place in 2025. Prioritisation of the issues will follow. The Pharmacy Guild have already prioritised the topics they have raised. Te Whatu Ora Some topics will require a broader conversation with a range of parties, so NAAR will not be the place for all decisions to be made. Chair It has been useful to hear from everyone and to receive some answers and guidance from Te Whatu Ora.
Current Service. In the event the Master Contribution Agreement for current-service contributions is renewed prior to each December 31 during the term of this Agreement, the Parties shall meet.
