Current Residence Clause Samples
The Current Residence clause identifies and records the address where a party currently lives at the time of signing the agreement. This clause typically requires the party to provide their full residential address and may obligate them to notify the other party if their address changes during the term of the agreement. Its core function is to ensure accurate contact information is on file, which facilitates effective communication and the proper delivery of notices or legal documents.
Current Residence. The Company, through American International and at your request, will appraise your current residence in New Jersey. You will market your home with their assistance to try to find a third-party buyer. If the sale price is less than the averaged appraisals, OSI will reimburse you the difference.
Current Residence. The Company, through Cendant Mobility and at your request, will purchase your current residence in New Jersey for a purchase price equal to its fair market value as determined by the Company's agreement with Cendant Mobility.
