Current Project. The Current Project consists of a Tentative Subdivision Map titled ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Subdivision, General Plan Amendment, and Rezone subject to this Agreement and modifies the land uses within the boundaries of the Property to introduce a variety of land uses to be divided into the following designations: R-1/PD Low Density Residential- Planned Development 170 lots R-2/PD Medium Density Residential – Planned Development 53 lots R-3/PD High Density Residential – Planned Development 1 lot CM/PD Commercial – Planned Development 1 lot P- Parks 1 lot OS Open Space 2 lots
