Current Products. If there have been Net Sales of any product prior to or on the Effective Date, there shall be no royalties due to Supernus for any Net Sales of such product made after the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 4.10 refers to all units of such product no matter when produced or sold.
