Current Proceedings. No Group Company (or any person for whose acts or defaults a Group Company may be vicariously liable) is involved whether as claimant or defendant or other party in any claim, legal action, proceeding, suit, litigation, prosecution, investigation, enquiry, mediation or arbitration where the claim exceeds €250,000 or is otherwise material to the Group as a whole.
