CURRENT PLATFORM. SAP Supplier InfoNet is currently hosted on systems operated by SAP SE or its Affiliate, and accordingly, support for SAP Supplier InfoNet shall be provided, and Customer Data shall be used and managed, in compliance with the operational guidelines and policies used by SAP SE in the operation of such systems.
