Common use of Current Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Current Liabilities. any liability that (1) is expected to be settled during the normal operating cycle, or (2) is used primarily for trading purposes, or (3) is due within the next 12 (twelve) months, or (4) a person having a repayment obligation does not have an unconditional right to defer repayment for at least during the next 12 (twelve) months (contractual terms of obligation that give a counterparty the right to choose to make settlement by issuing equity instruments do not affect its classification).
