Common use of Cumulative Obligations Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Obligations. This Agreement is in addition to any other obligations of Guarantor to Creditor, and to the obligations to Creditor of any other guarantor of the Guarantied Obligations and other indebtedness payable to Creditor, whether such guaranties and indebtedness now exist or arise henceforth. This Agreement shall not affect or invalidate any such other guaranties. To the extent there is a conflict between this Agreement and any prior guaranty or contractual obligations owed by Guarantor to Creditor pertaining to Guarantied Obligations, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
