Common use of Cumulative and Other Rights Clause in Contracts

Cumulative and Other Rights. The rights, powers and remedies of the Collateral Agent hereunder are in addition to all rights, powers and remedies given by law or in equity. The exercise by the Collateral Agent of any one or more of the rights, powers and remedies herein shall not be construed as a waiver of any other rights, powers and remedies, including, without limitation, any other rights of set-off.
