Culvert Sample Clauses
A Culvert clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, or repair of culverts—structures that allow water to flow under roads, railways, or similar obstacles. This clause typically specifies the standards for materials, construction methods, and ongoing upkeep, and may assign responsibility for costs and compliance with local regulations to one party. Its core function is to ensure proper water management and infrastructure integrity, preventing flooding or damage and clarifying which party is accountable for these critical tasks.
